Born and raised in Houston, Kirsten Guerra has an intimate knowledge of the many neighborhoods and school systems in the city. Kirsten left Houston to study communications and Spanish at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating with honors, she pursued pharmaceutical sales for a multinational company in New York and Texas. She quickly established herself as one of the top three salespeople for the company in the nation.
She left her position to move back to Houston to help found Monark Realty with her parents, Anita and Rafael Guerra. Leveraging her years of sales experience and familiarity with the city, she offers a perspective few others can provide to someone moving to Houston. Kirsten is dedicated to excellence in assisting her clients and prides herself on repeat business. She ensures a positive experience for her clients, achieved through her understanding of their needs, professionalism, strong work ethic, and dedication to their satisfaction.
Kirsten is married and the mother of two daughters. She is actively involved in her children’s schools and remains engaged in the community through participation in various organizations, including the St. Cecilia Catholic Church Ladies Club. In addition to her volunteer work with multiple groups, Kirsten enjoys sports, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
