Rafael Guerra

Rafael Guerra is a native Texan who specializes in representing buyers and sellers throughout the greater Houston area. He helped found Monark Realty with his wife, Anita, and daughter, Kirsten, and focuses on clients moving to the city from abroad.

Before moving to Houston, he attended the University of TEC de Monterrey in Mexico and Texas A&M University. Years of working in the energy industry have given Rafael excellent business skills in negotiations and sales. Having lived in Mexico for many years, he is fluent in Spanish and has a great understanding of the needs of clients relocating to other countries. Rafael prides himself on his attention to detail and focuses on giving his clients the best service.

A long-time resident of the Memorial area, Rafael is the proud father of three. When not selling real estate, he manages and plays in an amateur soccer team for the Houston Football Association and also for Club Westside.
